in my case I was not in engineer mode, but in hidden menu I entered the android tab and pressed internal update and it happened...

Hi all, i still got issue after upgrading from 191209 to 200731. Didnt do factory reset before upgrade. Did all the method, alt+print+e or reisub, none works. On screen got the 0x7e, think that why the restore not enable.

How is the soldering method works? Got any guide? My HU model is LAN6B20EHAE, part #: 96550-G2250.

Resurrecting an old post. I pressed the update button inside the android os....headunit is stuck in a loop of rebooting. The keyboard tricks don't work. Are you able to point me towards the soldering trick to fix the headunit? We have the pure EV one, and the car is set to ac charge only 0030-0430
