Sadly I don’t understand what you’re asking…
He means if you only go around town the pre-heating won’t go on because one hasn’t traveled far enough to activate it.
I have a 2023 SEL with the software and I have seen it go o. Or work one, and I jurist drive a thousand miles over 3 days in cold weather. I got abysmal charging rates.

That’s right. Needs about 20 mins to work. Charger went straight to 183kw yesterday with the pre-heating having been on.

Hello from Latvia, I have my Ioniq 5 (2021, demo car from a dealer) but with Winter Mode only.
Asked my dealer - they don't know anything about "Battery conditioning mode" and say "probably it's not available in Latvia". But it's as expected I guess - they're very lazy about anything. For example they got it from me that you can subscribe for the Ionity chargers with reduced price. Gross.

So I wrote the local importer - so far no answer yet.
Asked EU Customer Center via chat (Customer Support | Official Hyundai Motors Navigation Update Website) - a person there said "it's available only on EV6" (whaaat?)

So far no interest in there from anyone officially representing Hyundai here.
I have the Battery Heater in my trim so - whom else can I ask? What do you think?

Thanks!
