The article I noticed about this is on Ars Technica. Apparently it will be rolling out to more areas next year.

Apparently my IP address close enough to Los Angeles that I can access this. No, I did not click to add it to my cart.

I haven't checked pricing recently but pretty sure much better deals are available. We purchased our 2023 SEL AWD for $7500 below MSRP in May 2023. Amazon offer for the 2024 is $3000 below MSRP and I am pretty sure the discounts are more now than May 2023.
