Hi,
I bought my IONIQ hybrid in Netherlands as almost new demo car and I moved to Czech Republic with it.
I also havent received any service book with my car, the dutch dealer said it's electronic only.
However when I went to hyundai service here in Czech rep. they said Hyundai cars officially don't have any electronic service book and they insist on showing the paper version of it. They also said that the car doesn't have any warranty without this book.
So I contacted official Hyundai Czech and they said they cannot issue a copy of the book as the car has been made for dutch market only! I believe that it is nonsense, as the dutch hyundai website is literary saying the 5 year warranty is valid in whole EU:

I also tried to contact the dutch dealer again but they keep saying the book is electronic only.
The car is working perfectly fine now, but I'm afraid if something breaks down one day, I will have problem proving the warranty.
Do you have any idea who could help me with this?
