Thanks for the diagrams! I have a 2020 and was going to install an amp. Used this to figure out where the speaker wires went. Only issue I have now is the amp only has 1 battery cable and 1 ground cable while the connectors have 2 of each. Which one's am I supposed to tie into?

 

I have a feeling: both. are the same. There's probably a limit to the amps per pin that the head unit requires 2 pins.

If you put an amp you probably need to wire it from the battery, and in this car it's not conventional...

 

Which wire on the harness is the backup camera reverse indicator.? I don't see it on that harness pin out. I'm installing an aftermarket Android unit and I can't for the life of me find the wire that sends the signal to the head unit indicating that the car is in reverse.

 

Do you know where I can buy this type of Connector? I am looking for this Connector C cable (like circled in the picture) and cannot find it anywhere.

 

At the risk of sounding like a grumpy old man; I hope all of your cars are out of warranty, otherwise can you imagine the conversation with your service department if something goes wrong and they find that you've been messing with the wiring loom for one of the two principal user interface devices in the car. Remember, these aren't cars in the traditional sense, they are highly complex, fully integrated computer systems masquerading as personal transport!

 

I’m investigating camera connection now. Also need head connector Scheme and camera trigger pin. 2017 Hybrid blue USA. Who was founded?

 

The camera in our cars may simply be on all the time, and it's up to the head unit software to display it when appropriate based on something sniffed from the CAN bus. I don't know if anyone beyond the Hyundai engineers themselves even know, as I don't recall ever seeing anyone here reply to the reverse detection question...

 

Anyway. Possible it’s trigger switch video from cam on connector C 🤓 it’s need to check B CAN, P CAN, IGN Wake up pins? Maybe somebody investigated it? I need to connect panorama system with Video jack and trigger to head screen
