Red light on SOS button and 12v battery warning

Yesterday I noticed that the red LED on the SOS-button was lit when driving. I've never noticed that before. It was also lit after turning off the car. In bluelink I notice that the 12v battery status now says Warning, and I'm sure there is a correlation between this and the SOS light. Anybody know anything about this? I've tried restarting the infotainment system but to no avail. Is there a way to "reboot" the entire car? Some people have suggested it if the light comes on, however that was on Lexus.

Also the microphone does not work for the stereo/voice command/phone. But it does for the SOS eCall function. I tested, and the person in the call center could hear me. So the SOS system works even though the red light is on.

I've seen some people having these exact issues and the day after the 12v battery is dead. I assume some of the computer systems in the car has crashed, keeping a drain on the battery. So now I've disconnected the negative terminal so all systems will turn off. Will check again in an hour to see if it's made any difference.

One hour after disconnecting the 12v battery, the red LED on the SOS button is still lit. The manual states that the eCall-module has its own battery that should support it for one hour if the main battery is disconnected in an accident. I'll check again after work.

I'm not doing anything radical. Just disconnecting the main 12v battery for a few hours. If that does not help, I will contact the dealer.

So when I was finished at work, i reconnected the battery, and now the red SOS light is gone, and the microphone works again. Except for the fact that the 12v battery status is currently missing from BlueLink, everything is working normally again. I assume the battery status will appear again soon when I've charged the car again. If not I would still need to contact the dealer.

Edit: Battery is now normal again
