Not seen a similar problem raised here before. The puddle lights under the wing mirrors on my car won't turn off when I switch off the engine and lock the car. The mirrors do fold as normal when I lock the car. These lights have been on for 2 weeks now. Took it to the dealer last Thursday but they could not figure out the problem.
The lights under both mirrors seem to dim after a minute or so when I lock and walk away. When the problem first started, the keyless entry on the driver side also stopped working....black button on the door handle would not lock/unlock the car. That problem seems to have gone away on its own after a few days. So do not know if there is any connection between the two problems.
