V frustrated with the process of trying to get Bluelink live again - So my card needed to be blocked and I left it a couple of days after getting an email that the bluelink subscription payment had failed.

Car and app both logged me out at that stage and on the app there's no way of just simply updating you card details and restarting the subscription. You have to reconnect the car modem to the app via the cars qr code - get the code and enter it into the app. That then just comes up with "unstable network" errors.

It's not "unstable", as the car immediately downloads the OTP once the QR code is scanned so mobile signal is fine.

Bluelink-eu support emailed to say it's passed it onto their IT team and it will be reset in "a few days"! what the **** does that mean! Tying today (2 days) and still getting error. Terrible process!

So I've had the payment fail a second consecutive month and had this rigmarole again. Turns out you can't log on via PC browser to renew sub or amend payment details and the password reset didn't work.

What I learned (UK)
Downloaded latest MyHyundai app and that logged in with same details no problem, payment for sub sorted and then linked via QR code with car first time.

This new app now has car controls and data on it like I used to have with the Bluelink IoS app.
So I think Hyundai are sunsetting the old browser and bluelink approach, but haven't done it very cleanly for example.
Not having this explained with links on the email notification about payment failed for example is v poor signposting.
