Not locking as in the handle latch is not clicking? If you push the handle in do you have depress the thumb latch to release? If it is not latching it is not going to charge. The question is, is it the handle or car? If you do not have another charger at home, I would just go to any public charger and see if it latches and try charging.

It probably is not the amps but enel x went out of business in north america. The only way to adjust the current was through the app. There was another company that took it over but I did not follow through or read if there is a new app

 

Neil F..it is not locking and when it did (once), the unit work for 30 seconds then went off. I went to Hyundai dealership and used their level 2 charger and it worked fine so I know it is not the car. I just ordered a Grizzl'e...getting it tomorrow. I hope that works.

 

Cannot figure out why my Juicebox is not working at all. Received my Grizzl-E on Sunday, plugged it right in and it works perfectly. It is a dumb charger which is great as I don't have to fool around with Wi_Fi set up, etc and the unit was $200 cheaper than the Juicebox. I would still like to know what happened to my 2.5 year a Juicebox, who would you recommend I take it to for a full evaluation?
