Most late cars have the Cat on the exhaust manifold to aid quicker warmup so it’s highly unlikely to be positioned underneath and be accessible, it would be bonnet/hood open to gain access,

Number 4 is the CAT with heat exchanger for the cabin heater, as the underbody has a shield to aid the drag coefficient it would make it very difficult to remove without a ramp/pit IMO,
