It looks like the parts unclipped. Try putting it back together and see what it looks like.

 

Thanks Rich, Some of the clips have come off and also the bottom one has a break.

 

You may be able to repair the break from the back, with epoxy and glass cloth (like a surfboard). I'm with Rich5...it looks like, besides the break, the rest is a matter of getting the correct replacement clips, and snapping it all back together.

Worth a shot. I'd guess that a body shop could look at that and rationalize thousands of dollars in repairs.
