Hi all. We bought our Premium 73kwh Ioniq 5 on 21/12/21 and have covered 700 miles so far. Absolutely loving the car, it ticks most of the wants we... want. Yesterday I used the V2L dongle for the first time to vacuum my other car, which worked well. I came to the car this morning and the dash started cycling through 7 warnings, the battery state of charge said 0%, the car wouldn't engage drive and the wipers wouldn't work! I tried plugging it in for a quick charge to try to 'reset' it slightly. When I turned it back on it showed the battery state of charge as 78%, which is what I was expecting but the rest was the same. I called Hyundai assistance and the AA came out to diagnose. We went through the same process with the same results. The AA guy unplugged the 12v battery to try to reset it but it made no difference. The AA then gave up and booked it into Hyundai. It's going in after the bank holiday. Hopefully Hyundai will plug it in and simply restart it.
Has anyone else had to take their car back to Hyundai so far?
I've ordered a Vgate iCar Pro OBD2 reader in the hope that I can see issues if there is a next time.

The cycling through 7 warnings used to happen quite often to me, but not when I started the car, only when I had been driving for some time. Others have reported it too. It's a known issue that the dealer can correct, something to do with the front camera setup. I haven't had it since I put the car into the dealer to have 3 software updates done.

If you are getting it as soon as you start the car, then maybe the front camera system has failed altogether. Have you checked that the front camera lens isn't obscured?

You can check whether any updates to your car are due by entering the VIN at RĂĽckrufe und Serviceaktionen | Hyundai Deutschland.

Thanks for that, good knowledge. I initially thought that the camera was blocked because there was water dew all over the car. I wiped it down a bit but all the issues were still there. I think the camera malfunction is a good guess. All the warnings are for functions that use the camera so it would make sense.
The service website detail service actions as "Lane Keeping Assistant (LKA), Driver Assistance System (ADAS) and Electronic Steering". So I'll tell the Hyundai about it when the car goes in.

The 7 warnings happens to me all the time, but only after driving some miles. It is a known bug, actually doesn't seem to affect any aspect of driving the car as the warning systems still wrk once the car has finished warning me they aren't working. The car needs to go back to the dealer for a software update, but I haven't got around to it yet.
