Thanks for sharing. If you remember the source it might be worth sharing (if it has more details). I don't think we can read too much into the photo. Do you mean the 96km is quite low for the charge level (which looks to be around 70% very roughly implying 137km range or only 85 miles)? It could simply be that the photo was taken with the heating turned on to the max with the car being driven on the motorway a lot recently, for instance. Range loss could be anywhere from zero to half of the range gone, can't say much more than that from the photo.

 

All true. Regardless of that car's actual current range I'd still take half a million KMs on the original batteries. In an ICE car you'd just about have an entirely new engine by that point.

 

500km of driving per working day? I hope that's not only his home-work-home distance.

 

That is on average over 300km per day, probably a Uber Taxi.
