Hi All, I’ve got 3 phase at work but currently there are no EV chargers. Is there a cable/ adapter that will go straight from 3 phase 400v to a type 2 socket. I realise that the car won’t charge at more than 11kw AC, but using 3 phase will be quicker than using the 3 pin 13amp charger which currently is the only other option?

There are portable chargers that will charge from 400volt (3 phase). Just Google on 400V to type 2 charger.

If you are not in a secure location, these can sometimes take a walk while you are away. If that is a concern, you can build a small ramp that the cable goes under in a cutout and that your wheel secures in place.
