I am looking for a set of 4 19 inches wheels as the winter wheels for my 2025 Limited. I searched around Internet and found some wheels that I liked. However, those 19 inches specified different offset in them. What is the correct wheel offset to buy for 2025 Limited ? I could not find wheel offset information in my car specification.

Thanks,

Look on the side wall of the tire on your car. I am assuming you have the factory tire on it.
My tire is a Michelin 255/55R19
Not a tire question, a quick AI answer:
Wheel offset is the distance between the wheel's mounting surface and its centerline, affecting how the wheel sits in relation to the vehicle's body and suspension. It can be positive, negative, or zero, and choosing the correct offset is crucial for vehicle stability and handling.
I would assume incorrect offset could result in tires being misaligned relative to the space in the wheel well, so rubbing on turns.

I suspect most tire shops have this info. Buying online often involves limited info vs the professional advice a good tire shop can supply.

Aha... OK I'm in Florida we don't do snow tires here
Duck.ai give me

TermDefinition
WheelThe complete assembly that includes the rim and the tire. It is the circular component that allows the vehicle to move and is attached to the axle. Wheels can be made from various materials, including steel and aluminum.
RimThe outer edge of the wheel that holds the tire in place. It is the part of the wheel that the tire mounts onto. Rims can vary in width and diameter, affecting the fit and performance of the tire.
TireThe rubber outer covering that fits around the rim. Tires provide traction, absorb shocks, and support the weight of the vehicle. They come in various types and sizes, designed for different driving conditions and performance needs.

Thank you for those members who helped me to identify the correct wheels offset for my 2025 Limited. What I found was +45mm or 45mm offset/ET. I assume that +45mm == 45mm offset/ET.
Now, for the TPMS, I found this part number: 52940-L1100. Is this the right part to use with the new wheel and new tires ?

Thanks,

Just be aware that if you change to 19" rims from 20" rims you will not pass inspection in some states. I live in Pennsylvania and the 20" rim is printed on the drivers door entry area and as such they will not allow my car to pass state inspection. Glad I found that out before I bought the 20" tires

I am so curious about the car culture in states where that is the case. Wheel swaps are one of the most basic things that car people do to their cars when they start to customize them. Do tuners and 4x4s really abide by the law? Or just get around it with a second set of wheels for inspection day?

I agree with @ioniqfam. I've never heard of failing inspection for non factory wheel size. People all over the place change our wheels all the time. At any traffic light here in the Tampa area, I can probably spot at least 3-4 cars with extra wide wheels and so on. But then again, we don't have inspections here. But I remember seeing them in other places where we lived that did have inspections. And then there are the lifted pickup trucks with tractor tires that you need a ladder to get into.

Hi Jerry,

Going to a lager diameter wheel in Florida it's more about causing a change in the bumper height. But you'd have to piss off a cop to have it enforced. I tough it was 18 inches not 24", live and learn.

"In Florida, the legal bumper height varies based on the vehicle's gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR). For vehicles under 2,000 pounds, the front bumper must be no higher than 24 inches and the rear no higher than 26 inches; for vehicles between 3,000 and 5,000 pounds, the front can be up to 28 inches and the rear up to 30 inches. "

Offsets have little or no effect on ride height. Some change in height might occur dues to varied leverage as the centerline of the wheel moves in or out from the suspension fulcrum.
Only the radius/circumference variation or deviation will have an effect on ride height.
I think the mfr. bumper height requirements are largely to try to align collision components.?.

Visibly, we have bumper covers now...actual bumping bumpers are not even visible, so how does Fla. (whoever) take the measurement?

What is Wheel Offset? Wheel Offset Meaning Explained (nice diagrams)

"In short, offset is the distance from the center line of your wheel to the mounting pad. If the mounting pad is closer to the face of the wheel from the center line the wheel is a positive offset, if the mounting pad of the wheel is at the dead center of the center line the wheel is a zero offset and if the mounting pad of the wheel is closer to the backside of the wheel from the center line the wheel is considered a negative offset wheel.
The easiest way to understand how the offset affects your fitment is, the higher the offset the closer the wheel is to your chassis and the lower the offset the further the wheel is from your chassis."

here's what i did. first, checking this site:Hubcap Haven going from 20 to 19 is -5mm offset. so looking for 18's, i got 45mm offset. then, in order to keep tire circumference stock, i went here:255/45R20 vs 235/60R18 tire size comparison – TireWheelGuide the problem is to find a tire that is the exact same circumference for a smaller wheel. at the time i was looking, there werent many ev specific tires available. there is now, but i wanted opinions from actual owners. i was also looking for tires that did not have accoustic foam. then there was the distributor problem, the tire i originally wanted was sailun, but their distributors were really weak. lotsa things to consider here
