.....though slightly concerned that I received an email back saying cost was £11.25 per month? I emailed back the exec team and they say I shouldn't be charged... but I'm slightly anxious that something's not right.

Dont worry, its normal & you wont be charged.
Heres what my monthly invoices looks like (its a P45 so 2 years free)

No Problem - In fact Ive just noticed that they're charging VAT at the German 19% rate - thats going to come back on someone
