Hi. Bought Hyundai iqoniq 3 weeks ago.
Put on charge in the evening to 80% as advised.
Went to car in the morning and it won't start. For some reason the steering lock is on which I didn't do.
Garage tried changing 12v battery still won't start. Can't get stealing lock off and it now needs specialist recovery to take to Hyundai.
Hyundai can't look at it until 20th. I am still within my 30 days consumer rights 2015 to get a refund on this vehicle.
My question is should I get a refund or trust that Hyundai will be able to repair it, the garage have said if it's not covered under the Hyundai warranty they will repair it as I'm still within my 30 days.
Am I potentially facing a problematic car if I decide to keep it.
Bearing in mind that my 30 days is almost up.

1. This thread is duplicate content to another of your threads. Any need for two?
2. Take the refund. Take it now. Get another vehicle. Save any potential grief by leveraging your consumer protection laws. Don’t spend any brain cell activity even thinking about this.
