I am in Australia and have a 2022 AWD model. About 20% of the time when I approach the car with my smart key (inevitably when I have groceries in my arms and my key is in my pocket), the car does not recognise that I am right next to the door and the doors do not unlock. When I told the dealer about it before they of course could not replicate the problem. I have now taken video of it to show the dealer, but have others had this problem?

I've found my fob will often not link with the car when I have my earbuds in the same pocket (when going to the gym). I'm assuming it is due to the magnets inside the earbuds and their charging case.
Related, I also have a fob for my Indian motorcycle and know that other metallic objects (other keys, pocketknife, phone) can attenuate the RF signal and cause problems with communication. You might see if you have other things in your pocket that might interfere with the fob's transmission.
