Portable charger (Level 1) display 01 21 90 80?

The illustration of the charger display in the owner’s manual (06, 08, 10, 12) doesn’t match what I see: 01, 21, 90, 80. And no matter what I set it to, the 100% charge time in the car’s display remains the same. Any advice? Thanks!
