That dreadful Podpoint app again. Connected to a charging point. Opened the app and logged me out again. Didn’t recognise my password. Didn’t recognise my login/email when l tried to reset my password.
No response to my email as yet. Thankfully their hardware is better than their software!

I had the same problem this morning. I turned my phone off and back on again and it was OK then.

There is an update for the app which fixes the problem of it not recognising your email.
They messed up the app and then fixed it again with another updated yesterday.
Had the same issue yesterday myself.
Phoned them and they asked if I'd got the latest version of the app. I said yes as it had only updated the day before, so they raised a case with the software people. (Not heard back yet though!)
However, i then checked the play store and there was another app update available.
Updated it again and it fixed it.
Searching the Internet turns up a few instances of the same issue happening with the app, then yesterday's update fixing it.
