Has anyone in Europe had their SW updated OTA as apparently it is now available?

Over The Air map and infotainment update will be available from mid-June for those who have the 220211 version. There will be 2 updates per year. See this press release from Hyundai

Any sign of this? There seems to be mixed messages about if a mid june one is available, if it's OTA or if this one has to be done via USB to enable subsequent OTA?

Hyundai told that latest version (220211) was enough for OTA to work.

That's what I thought as well. I called them last Monday and they insisted that the new update due shortly would have to be installed by USB to enable future OTA updates.

It's a wait and see what happens folks. It's frustrating awaiting features badly needed to fix the niggles with infotainment system but will just have to suck it up and wait.

I've noticed a few annoying glitches including the speed camera warnings that come on when you're exactly at the target speed, and would like to see whether this is fixed.

This beautiful car is really let down by its software imo.

What concerns me is that they say we'll get two updates per year... Well by the time this one reaches it won't be long before the rest of the world gets the next one probably with more fixed, and then we'll have to wait our turn for a few months potentially.

For a car that relies so heavily on software, which is let's face it far from perfect, 2 updates per year is ridiculous l.

I assume that the two updates a year will be for long-term planned enhancements and upgrades.

Hopefully if there are any hotfixes to be applied, then they will come as needed in addition to the scheduled ones.

people just wait patiently, the few minor annoyances can not outweigh the benefits of the car, at least for me. yes I realize you paid for it but there is not anything out there that is perfect that you paid for.

I've just had another conversation with Hyundai Navigation Support about the update. They told me to call back tomorrow to receive 'some exciting news'. The update was promised for June. Tomorrow is the last day of June!
