So, I read the other thread that talked about a new OTA update being available. So I went to my i6 and tried to update but I got this error message: "Not Available (Bluelink Extra Services Not Active".
I'm in Canada so I called into Hyundai Canada Customer Support to get it fixed. The agent I spoke with then told me that the OTA Update feature is "being removed from the Hyundai Canada feature sheet", and that the website will be updated.
Uhh, what?
I bought this car with the expectation that this feature would be available because, you know, Hyundai said it would be. Am I missing something?
