Bought a certified used 2020 Ionic blue with 51000k .Previous owner had SERVICE every 7000 miles and was a commuter car. Had serpentine belt replaced & new tire replaced. My question is there is a woo-woo noise when driving and increases with speed but goes away at freeway speeds over 70mph. Not for sure if this is normal. any ideals?

I too have a 2020 Ionic blue that was purchased in early 2021 and haven’t heard any such noise. But because of unforeseen life issues it only has about 3000 miles on it now, so not sure if that is a good comparison.

Did it sound like you driving in low gear even though there is no gears, I have a 20 limited E v and I just put a new set of tires on my car and noticed that sound taking it to get serviced next week
