Well it has arrived and after the initial trauma over the manual door handles we are now loving it.

Things we like:
1. The software/controls. Really easy to use and very comprehensive. Seems to do everything so well.
2. SATNAV - it appears to be perfect for our use. So straightforward and does simple things right. For instance it has a large QWERTY keyboard which makes data entry so much easier. It understands full UK post codes, appears to have live TomTom traffic and pulls down great data on businesses - e.g. phone numbers. Up until this car we have always used our TomTom instead of the in-car system. This will probably be the first car it is not needed. Early days yet but very promising so far.
3. Seats are so comfy and feel tough (leather seats in Ultimate). The aircon seats are going to be great for long journeys.
4. Lovely feel to the steering wheel and nice access to a lot of key controls. Best wheel yet.
5. Really easy and smooth to drive. This car is tuned beautifully for getting you around in comfort.
6. Really geeky but love how you can set the ambient colour to change with drive mode. Red for Sport, Green for ECO - very cool. Whole family loved this.
7. Biggest wow when showing wife and daughter around - the 240V UK power socket under the rear seat. They loved this idea, as did I.
8. Love the Ultimate wheels as did the lady in the car park who spotted that they were 20inch
9. Love that it looks like a Lancia Delta Integrale.
10. Cool exterior lights.
11. Really like the rear wing.
12. Proximity opening rear boot - love this and will be a huge boon when lugging heavy kit. Darkened rear windows also great so kit in back of car not easily visible.
13. HUD is good but will probably only use it for SATNAV trips. Time will tell on this.

Things we don't like:
1. Manual handles but rapidly getting used to them. All three of us are now not thinking when we open the door. Quite surprised how quickly we have got used to them.

It sounds great and I’m really glad the handles have become a non-event. I pick up mine tomorrow morning.
