I just ordered my RED Ionic 9 SEL. I can’t wait to drive it off the lot next week. Just wanted to introduce myself. I live on Cape Cod in Massachusetts and we own a 2 year old Tesla Y as well. We are now “all electric”! I’m very curious about the technology and how complicated it is. I plan to spend some time with the sales person having him go through the car with me. Any other suggestions are most appreciated!

Suggestion: Don't count on the salesman knowing much. Not many actually do. They may know the stuff that is common to all of their cars, like activating Bluelink, but EV related stuff, maybe not so much unless you happen to get with one of the rare EV specialists.
Good thing with just about any EV other than Tesla, most of the "normal" controls work the same as ICE cars, turn signals, lights, HVAC, etc. No fumbling around a touchscreen like with Teslas.
