Mr. B. What is this about?
UK Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) / road tax which changes the end of the month which means cars with less than 100g / mile CO2 registered after 1st april which were free, will now cost £140 / year in road tax after the first year

basically meaning there is no tax incentive to drive a low emission car in the UK

I don't have to wait.. It's dirrrrty

Just dropped my Ioniq this morning to a garage for a ceramic coating treatment. At least it will be washed well, but I hope that it helps to keep the car cleaner...
In couple of days there will be rain, snow and everything in between coming down again :(
Which coating did you get and what do you think of it?

I got Kenolon ceramic shield. They did the job well and it's much easier to wash the car clean than my previous 7 year old Citroen. Of course I'm comparing 7 year old paint and bodywork to new. But I guess the coating helps also. Raindrops do wanish quite nicely when driving in a bit lower speeds too.

I suppose I will see better in the future if/when the car keeps it color better and avoids scratches better.
