Interesting.. Some engineering went into them. I have no idea what they are but if I had to guess I would say maybe they have to do with matching the square attachment ends of the cargo cover .

My first thought was child seat anchor covers.

 

I believe that should be the front license plate mount. I saw it in mine as well, but I’m in Florida so I only use the back license plate mount. Hope this helps!

 

100% the front license plate bracket. I have one in my '25 that has not been installed yet. It came in a bag with its label & hardware. The pieces snap together to form the bracket.
