OMG, no. Do not lift on any suspension parts. They are not made to have any pressure applied to them. You will likely do some very expensive damage.
Suspension arm is the strongest part in the car. It designed to withstand tons of load, including impact loads. I cannot imagine careful lifting can damage it. Just make sure you lifting by arm, not let say by steering rack extension. That will be expensive.
 
According to the manual, you can’t rotate the tires by lifting one corner or one side at a time. The manual diagram says you need to swap the front tires (sides) when you move them to the back. You will need four jack stands (or blocks) to do it yourself without a vehicle full lift system.
I don't understand what is the problem of lifting one corner or one side? Will it damage battery? Is it prohibited to lift one side?
