Issues Using a LVL 2 Grizzli classic Unit

I purchased a new Grizzli Classic from Amazon to use on my '25 Ioniq 5 at home. When I hook up the car to the charger, the charger indicator light turns from blue to blinking green. After a bit I hear a relay on the car click, I get a message that charging session failed and to check the charger, The indicator light on the charger turns solid green, but no charging. I have had the car for a total of 4 days. I used the adapter that came with the acr at a fast charging station and it work without issue. Is there a setting on the car that I need to adjust/set? The power outlet is 240V with a 60 amp breaker.
Thanks in advance for any help!

OK, this might be a dumb question, but the car comes with two adapters. Which one did you use on the Grizzl-E?

I think @JerryP is right over the target...

Your 2025 I5 should have come with two adapters. One is for AC charging, and assuming your Grizzl-e has a J1772 plug, the adapter you need to use looks something like:

The other adapter is for DC stations and looks something like this:

In the second picture, the two top slots on the round part of the CCS end of the plug are what would be used for AC power on cars equipped with CCS ports, but they are not connected to anything in the adapter, so there is no path for AC power to get to the car.

JerryP! U da man! I was using the wrong adapter. Arob, thanks for the info on getting one! In my defense, I was not told that there were 2 adapers that came with the car, I had a rather frank conversation with the salesman after I read Jerry's post. I found the right adapter buried in the lower storage area . This is my first electric car other than my slot cars when I was a kid! Thank you to all for the help! Man, this is my first post and I'm glad I joined this site!
Thank you again for all the great info,

That salesman had a "rather frank" discussion coming to him. You're not the first new member to join up thinking their '25 Ioniq 5 came with only one adapter or the other. When we took delivery, our salesman held up both adapters and showed us where he put them, right in plain sight on the cargo deck.

This is not a new issue. Back in late '22 or early '23 I was charging my Bolt at a Freewire DCFC at a Costco south of Atlanta on my way to Ohio. There was a driver with a Tesla trying to figure out how to make his J1772 to NACS adapter work with the Freewire's CCS1 plug.

PS. @Arob, thanks for the pictures!!
