In this video (https://youtube.com/watch?v=CLrlhcZ86hk&si=EnSIkaIECMiOmarE&t=275) there looks to be a pretty bad wear/tear/scuff on a "showroom" Ioniq 6. I'm wondering if the material of these seats is really poor quality or not.

Someone probably just had some thing sharp in there pants I.e. a pencil keys etc etc
