From page 82 of the manual - 4WD Long range 5600 lbs or 2540 kg. This does not seem correct. This is more than a Tesla X Long Range.

European figures for IONIQ 5 are:
Unladen weight = 2100 kg
GVWR = 2540 Kg

For Tesla Model X
Unladen weight = 2352 Kg
Can’t find GVWR

GVWR is max weight the car is certified to carry

[edit: updated Tesla comparison]

I just found the US version of this for the Hybrid. I can't find the Ioniq 5 infomat manual. This has some info on the infomat system. If you have the full UK version, please post a link.
Pretty sure that’s manual for Ioniq, not for IONIQ 5. Using capital letters seems to be the unofficial way to distinguish the new marque.

It’s a problem with Hyundai reinventing the IONIQ brand. And illustrates why I want to see an IONIQ forum seperate from the original Ioniq.

At -40C a deep breath can kill you from shock. Steel becomes brittle and lubricating oil is solid. Happens occasionally at the Canadian ski resorts. Everything comes to a standstill until it warms up. That is one of the likely locations where someone with an EV might be wanting to charge their car - and will also have to wait until it warms up a bit..
Like until Spring?🤣

[edit: saw a BMW dug out of 3 metre snow drift at ski fields one Spring. They jump started the battery & it worked, kind of. If you don’t mind huge plumes of black smoke coming out the exhaust pipe]
