Ioniq 5 on bad roads

I live in Costa Rica and am interested in getting an EV. I'm focused on the Ioniq 5 due to AWD and the presence of decent Hyundai dealers here (and my discomfort with buying a Chinese brand). What concerns me the most about an EV here is the roads. Some of them are very bad. Has anyone experienced or heard of issues with the undercarriage / battery pack being damaged on rough terrain? Does anyone have a lift kit that can speak to how it impacts range and overall driveability? TIA

There is a coolant pump that hangs fairly low in front and there is at least one forum thread about that being damaged by a road hazard. That is located at https://www.ioniqforum.com/threads/beware-running-over-things.51374/?post_id=619759#post-619759

There is another thread about an early Ioniq 5 being modified with a lift kit you might find interesting. it is located at https://www.ioniqforum.com/threads/...-overlander-off-road-tires-lift-kit-roof-rack.40959/?post_id=499656#post-499656

And there is now a XRT version available from the factory that is slightly lifted and has all terrain tires.

I don’t have personal experience with any of the above so will leave you to read and make your own opinions.

The XRT's high-voltage DC power pack currently lacks robust bottom shielding.
Operation of heavy electric vehicles in extremely rough terrain is discouraged.
For markets with exceptionally challenging road conditions, a military-grade SUV, purpose-built for such environments, provides superior durability and reduced repair costs.
Impact to the HV DC pack's bottom plate may compromise battery cooling, resulting in significant labor costs for repair.
Not even Rivian or Tesla Cybertruck are made for challenging road conditions.
