My understanding it has to be a used car to be sold above MSRP in Canada. Is a big reason why the car is relatively cheap in Canada compared to US prices. There dealers can sell new cars above MSRP by tagging a Market adjustment fee. Also I think it means cars are preferred to be allocated to the US. Cars on lots or in transit to dealers there with no pre-ordering.Current deposit holders on the national list? They have to sell at MSRP to people who put down deposits, however, they will use the 2023 pricing.
