I think I am charging at 40 amps...so go to 32 amps and that might work? Guess it just slows the amount of time to charge the car, but not by that much?Reducing the charging speed in EV settings worked for me.

Very common issue. I had it happen month or two ago. I can change the settings in my charger. Went from 40 to 32Or, I just went into the car and went to EV settings. Via the vehicle yes to the middle settings. The verbiage is vague. The latest software update has percentages
Alternate is to get the factory TSB when it senses the port temp is high it reduces the current
Yes it lengthens the charge time
