My wife's Kona went in for first service today. After getting home the service department emailed a link to a video of the check being carried out on her car. The video starts with a shot of her reg. plate and the technician introducing himself. It then shows him checking the tyre tread depths and stating the present depths and legal minimum then shots of the front and rear suspension and stating there's no play in anything. No record of him carrying out the other check items like tyre pressures, lights, horn etc. I can't help but think some viewers might believe that is the extent of the service and wonder why the bill is so large for two minute's work.
