Hey Guys,

I might as well create a separate thread for Hyundai Widescreen 10.25 units.
Here is the latest Software & Map for ioniq 38.8 Widescreen 10.25 " units. and also works on kia 10.25 " gen 5.0 units.

GEN 5.0 WIDE (MY20. KONA EV, IONIQ EV/PHEV M/BLUELINK)

S/W: XX.EUR.S5W_L.001.001.200923
F/W: XX.EUR.02.200720.MICOM
Navigasjonsversjon: STD5W.EUR.HMC.200720.d7e51e2_20RU1
Kart: EUR.12.47.52.557.402.2(D.G2)
Kart PHEV/EV: EUR.12.47.52.557.402.2(D.G2/E.G3)

Bonus info: This also work for Kia E-niro gen 5.x, 10.25" headunits.

Installation:

for widescreen units the installation are actually easiere than 8" units.

1. Download the file and extract the content to a fat 32 formatted USB key.
2. Insert the usb key into the cars usb port.
3. Turn on the car and follow the installation prompt.-

This package includes software and map. .

I'm struggling a bit. I downloaded the file, unzipped it onto a 128GB flash drive without any problems. The file system is exFAT (FAT32).
I plugged it in to the USB port and started the car. It recognised the drive, but just get a message, that it hasn't got any media on it. I checked the firmware update in the setup, but not active...
Any idea?

1. Either you me formatted disk is not correctly formatted . Try another software for formatting to fat32 . Not exfat

2. or your car is already up to date

There are 2 options . Quick or clean install.
Quick takes around 10-15 mins I think.
Clean install takes around 35 min or more .
Thanks, one more thing and I finish questioning 😄
With the clean install, do I need set up everything again? Bluetooth connection, Bluelink?

Will this work on the 2020 hybrid by any chance, or are they only got phev/ev?

The version numbers are considerably higher than on my unit!

Thanks.
