I might as well create a separate thread for Hyundai Widescreen 10.25 units.
Here is the latest Software & Map for ioniq 38.8 Widescreen 10.25 " units. and also works on kia 10.25 " gen 5.0 units.

Bonus info: This also work for Kia E-niro gen 5.x, 10.25" headunits.

Installation:

for widescreen units the installation are actually easiere than 8" units.

1. Download the file and extract the content to a fat 32 formatted USB key.
2. Insert the usb key into the cars usb port.
3. Turn on the car and follow the installation prompt.-

This package includes software and map. .

There are 2 options . Quick or clean install.
Quick takes around 10-15 mins I think.
Clean install takes around 35 min or more .

I plugged it in to the USB port and started the car. It recognised the drive, but just get a message, that it hasn't got any media on it. I checked the firmware update in the setup, but not active...

1. Either you me formatted disk is not correctly formatted . Try another software for formatting to fat32 . Not exfat

2. or your car is already up to date

I used an 32Gb flash drive formated to FAt32 and worked fine.

Try with a lowere storage usb. 32 gb or 64 gb

Yes, but the bluelink is very easy to reconect. you must, also, search the radio stations. The bluetooth reconect on the fly

The version numbers are considerably higher than on my unit!

As long as it is widescreen 10.25 headunit , then yes. Send a screen shot of your software version today
