High voltage / traction battery completely drained

Hyundai Ioniq 5 SE involved in a fender bender real end (nothing major). It has sat for a while, and the traction battery is completed discharged. I can jump the 12v battery but can't open the charge door to charge the vehicle. Is there any way to do it beside towing to a Hyundai dealer (which is not really reliable)

There is a little plastic door in the wall of the trunk area. Inside there, there is a release cable. I believe that opens the charger door manually

How long was it sitting and what was the state of charge if you don’t mind me asking? My car had a charging issue and sat at the Hyundai dealership for 4 months without much loss off charge.

No, that is to unlock the charge plug lock, it does not open the charging door. The emergency response manual says to just pry the charging door open.

OP posted this question on Reddit and I shared the screenshot.
