Hello,

My name is Alaa and I'm from Jordan. I bought the Ioniq Hybrid beginning of this year. It's been a nice car, very economical. But I've had 2 incidents with a flat battery for unknown reasons so far :(

welcome ataani

the flat battery issue is well known here in Europe, seems to be an issue with a PCB in the fuse box which controls the fuel pump, the pump fails to shut down and drains the 12v battery

Hyundai are aware of the issue, and a number of cars have had this PCB replaced to cure the issue and so far none seem to have had further issues

get your dealer to contact Hyundai they should be able to provide the fix under warranty

there is a long thread about it http://www.ioniqforum.com/forum/282-2017-hyundai-ioniq-service-maintenance/2737-battery-flat.html

but all the information is in there

Welcome to the forums. Terribly sorry that you're experiencing issues so early on but I'm sure the dealer can take care of that for you.
