Can someone help me please.
Should the front parking sensors work automatically or do they only come on after you select reverse.

There is a setting where you enable them to be on all the time. By default they are only on while reversing.

I will have to find the setting as I have come from an id4 where they come on automatically and it nearly caught me out today.

If I recall there is a shortcut to that menu if you put it in reverse and click the camera settings/cogwheel on the camera screen.

Are you sure on that - Manual says if you've got both front & rear sensors, they are either both on or both off

Good post as I too was nearly caught out in a car park when front sensors didn’t activate. Came from a vw where they were always on. Seems a strange default by Hyundai.

I too nearly got caught out when the front parking didn’t come on automatically. As above, once the setting is on, the front sensors (and rear ones) automatically come on when in proximity at certain speed.
