Can you please share your thoughts on my headlights both low beam and high beam

Section 9-43 in the user manual covers adjusting them. Doesn’t look like you can do high and low beam independently though:

Is it me or does the manual actually tell you to set your high beam at a lower height (507.5) than your low beam (518.5)? And I also wonder why there are no units of measurements here...

Also, what is item number (6) that only says "30." Anyone know what that means?
