Our local dealer says the IONIQ qualifies for the time-of-sale $7500 rebate not just on leasing, but also on sales, and gave us a price estimate on that basis. But Consumer Reports says otherwise and Federal Tax Credits for Plug-in Electric and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles Purchased in 2023 or After does not list the vehicle. Sooooooo which is it?
