Tracking - you mean the telemetry data the car is sending via cell connection to Hyundai (or other) servers?
The only thing I would think would work would be to disable the car's cell connection. This would also disable blulink services. I seem to recall the cell antenna being at the top of the instrument display just inside the panel....
