Completely agree. One of the only reasons I "settled" on my SEL version was I was able to get the green exterior and black interior which was exactly what I wanted. Everyone loves the color and how it's either green or blue or gray depending on how the light hits it.

 

Ugh my truck is like that and it kinda drives me crazy.
Ever try to meet someone (like from CL selling something) and tell them you drive a Silver Spruce F350... which is either greenish or silver in the sun/shade I just say the greenish black F350.

I was all about the Phantom Black AWD Limited, the Digital Teal came available and I'm perfectly fine with that. Hoping for a mid-Feb pickup date.

Wow ! I saw a Digital Teal in the showroom and I definitely noticed how it looked Teal or Blue depending on the angle, but had no idea about the sparkle.

What color interior did you get ? I was hoping for gray 2-tone, but according to the 12/13 Hyundai pricing sheet, that isn't available with the Digital Teal. So we're thinking Olive Green (I think it's called).

 

That fleck up close is crazy beautiful. I can see it really popping here in the Southern California sunshine.

Going to test drive a lucid blue tomorrow if I can, fallback to Saturday if the good lady wife can't make it with me tomorrow, I know they've got a few Digital teal. I shall have a look at it the color while i'm there.

My digital teal green allegedly arrives in the UK in April. So hopefully just in time for the 2 weeks of sun we get here over in spring/summer lol

Pictures like this really help, as I now feel I've made the right colour choice - it looks amazing in the sun and love how it changes colour.
Hopefully a good deep clean, machine polish and ceramic coating will keep it sparkling.

 

That is what my truck does (not as sparkly tho) But that last pic looks like the Blue color , at least on my big screen.
I wish it looked that bright shiny green all the time.
I think I'm going to get the hybrid for now and wait till next year to see what colors they come in- and maybe get a rear wiper

 

That's why it's called Teal-Green. It's blue, grey and green depending on angle and light. It's super green in direct sunlight and more blue/grey when it's darker or no direct sun.

Thanks for the link - never seen that, as they don't have an 'exact' equivalent on the U.S. site, and I as I mentioned in a prevoius post, in the U.S. site, when you choose different interior color selections, the images don't actually change.

This is exactly what I ordered, and in Canada, this is the only interior of choice for the Digital Teal model.

I'm still unsure if I like the dark color at the top or the bottom portion of the door. Also, dark green vs dark grey. Never seen this color before.

I guess I'll find out in a year or so!

 

That light interior is a bit too light for me, I prefer the black one. It looks great but I know it will show marks easier than the black one.
