No problems in over 2 years of ownership. I haven't had the ICCU work done. (I don't trust dealer competence.)

I've done only about 4 partial charges using DC fast charge. All the other charging is level 2 at home, on a dedicated 20 amp circuit, maxing out at 4.5 kW. Perhaps that is gentle on the ICCU.
