I took my 2020 electric Ioniq to the dealership where I got it for some software updates, apparently they also changed the 12v battery.
Since then it started making this loud clicking/ticking noise every time I start the car, or shut it down; sometimes even after closing the door when I get in.
The noise seems to come from the dash, behind the steering wheel. Here are some videos:

I contacted the dealership and they said this is perfectly normal, to be expected even.
They said its the "main relays", that after updating the battery and the software it now "checks that the relays are ok" for up to 30 seconds.
They also said its permanent.
Is this really normal? Has anyone else had this issue? Should I ask another mechanic to take a look?
It's hard for me to believe such a loud and prolonged noise is normal in such a recent car.
Plus this dealership has a bit of a reputation of messing up EVs when serviced and having a poor customer service.
So I can't shake the feeling that something's wrong here.
