One of Reddit user said he got the 3 year free charging offer. I planned to check my account tomorrow but I checked my account as soon as I saw the post and I also got the 3 year free charging offer.

the offer is for may 2021 $100 pre-reservation holders who bought their car before Nov.30 2022. I thought pre-reservation means nothing but it became something for now.
Check your account if you are a pre-reservation holder.

also need to check your account after you charge from EA because EA might have a bug that EA might charge a full price instead of Free charging.

yes, my mobile app says 3 years for free charging. I pre-registered within a few days of when Hyundai opened up registration and bought my car in March 2022..

I checked mine and it shows 3 years (2 years, 4 months remaining). Interestingly, I canceled my reservation in April 2022 and got my $100 back. Then in June, the dealer called and said they have my car, so I bought it. So I guess my cancellation didn't really "happen".

Updated on my account! I do not see any expiration right now for mine, but I am sure they will figure that out.

I bought my Ioniq 5 limited in September 2022 offf the lot without pre order reservation. My 2 years of free charge is over. Is it possible somehow to get that 3 years EA free charge now?

no. There was an offer you had to sign up for. You had to pre order your I5 prior to the I5 production with a deposit
