Hi, i have a problem with my Charge door. The pin that holds the door in place sometimes does not release the door when pushed. Today i had to forcebly open the door and the pin is still retracted and i cannot loosen it. Anyone else that has had this ? Tomorrow i will take contact with the Hyundai garage.

I have had this problem after 30 months. I read the forum. I managed to force open the door with my fingers without too much trouble. Charged the car. Tried the charging door switch with the car on and off. Nothing. Tried to close the door but it would not close. I then had a look at the protruding cylinder and first tried to twist as it locks onto the door. The I pushed it more and more firmly and it went in and came out with some resistance. I then sprayed with WD40 and pushed it in and out several times.
Now it works fine.
