I'm at the dealer right now getting this problem fixed too. The little cover retainer lock need to rotate to unlock the mechanism allowinh the cover to pop out when pushed. You can normally hear it rotate, at least I could on mine. It stopped making that noise when it failed. So it's either a failed actuator motor or it's jambed somehow.

I'll post the outcome.

This seems to be a design problem considering how many people have posted here.

So, the dealer has to order parts, too all of 15 minutes to diagnose, part should be in next week they said. Hope it arrives pre-painted, we'll see I guess.
