Had my maps updated today so not sure if it's related as it seemed to work immediately after update whilst it was still at the dealers waiting to be collected
Anyone else having this issue - bizarrely though, I am charging at the moment, if I force stop the app and reload, when it reopens it has the latest battery %. So the car is clearly communicating with the server, but I can't refresh or send any commands.

Update - I've worked it out, presumably the map update had deactivated Bluelink on the car (or the technician had inadvertently) done so. I just had to reactivate it in the car's settings. Not relinking or anything, just activate again on the head unit.
