OK. There are frequent changes to the terms and conditions for the Blulink service that appear as an annoying screen at startup. It was after ignoring the screen for a few day, because you need to be stopped to accept the conditions, that I encountered my Bluelink Network error message. Accepting the changes removed the "Network Error".

I dont know if this helps you guys im in the UK, but since February we have had problems with bluelink on my wifes car which seems to be disconnected so no driver history car finder or lock unlock doors worked. Also my ionic hybrid also would not lock or unlock through bluelink. Very little help from Hyundai who didnt even do an update on the infotainment system during its service??? They said i had to request it each time. Anyway long story short after booking it in i returned home and saw there was an option in bluelink settings in the car to tick offline. I ticked this box which disconnected the system from the network. i then un-ticked it so it linked back on. After this all works on my wifes car. I then did this to my Hybrid and this sorted the problem of locking/unlocking the doors too. Hope this helps.
